I guarantee in writing that if you are not satisfied with my service you can fire me, anytime. That's how confident I am that you will be pleased with my service to you.

David K Powell hereby guarantees the homeowner/seller of this property that if at anytime you are not completely satisfied with the services of David K. Powell, you may cancel this listing agreement.
The only think I ask, in fairness to both parties, is that you personally discuss the issues with me and then give me 72 hours to rectify the issues to your satisfaction. If your are still not satisfied, your listing will be deleted without any penalties or fees. Not applicable if your home is under contract with a buyer.
If you should change your mind about selling and take your home off the market there will be a $750 fee to cover marketing expenses. This fee will be credited back to you if you re-list with me within 6 months. (Will be deducted from commission at closing). |
