If you are the parent of a full time college or graduate student, FHA has made it easier for you to help your son or daughter purchase a new home with The FHA Kiddie Condo Mortgage program.
Instead of paying rent on an apartment, a full time student may be eligible to purchase an FHA eligible property (singe family residence, townhome, condo, etc.) with the assistance of his or her parent(s).
In addition, it allows the student to build a credit history before graduation!
This program can also be used for non students!
